Be SMA Aware: How SMA Australia was born

There are women in life, they are the true heroes in everyday life for me. The first woman I admire is my mother. She learned so much and trained me for everyday life. The next woman is definitely a woman, who had a hard private fate.

Julie from SMA Australia is CEO and founder. She lost her two daughters on spinal muscular atrophy.
Her first daughter Montanna Jean Brownlaw died on June 25, 2005, July after founding SMA Australia. Her second daughter, Zarlee Rose Brownlaw was born on December 13, 2006, and died in 2007 on Christmas Day.

These are so hard fates you never forget. But Julie has the strength and now helps other people with SMA. For me she is really a true supermama who has had so many private fates, yet she does not lose the power to help others. We are happy to link to SMA Australia.

  1. ❤️🌺 Strong woman. She not only lost her childrens. She also lost her husband. She does not complain like so many women with sick childrens. Lovely report thank you Liz for sharing. 🙂
